10:30 – 12:00 Pooltime: drills and videorecording
12:00 – 12:15 Get changed
12:15 – 13:00 VideoAnalyses

Small groups, maximum of 6 swimmers per coach, lots of personal attention
Minimum 3 swimmers for the workshop to take place.

Improve your propulsion!

Price is 150 euros per person, including tea, coffee and some snacks.

You have already done a Level 1 Workshop or learnt the skills in Private sessions.

Are you joining Level 2 and 3 in one day? You’ll get a discount and you pay 275 euros for the total day, including lunch
